Raziel leads the Sustainable Governance Initiative at Whittle Consulting, helping implement integrated strategic planning in the mining sector, bringing into the process all major stakeholders to help attain optimal & sustainable outcomes. He is also Executive Chairman of Alicanto Mining, a private project generating company currently advancing its Mina Guayos gold project in Colombia. After clerking at the Supreme Court of Canada, he practised with a leading American law firm on cross border financings and M & A, mostly in the mining, energy and forestry sectors, as well as with major Canadian law firms, focusing on the mining and natural resource sectors. He is a member of the Ontario and New York bars. He is a director of the Canadian Council for the Americas and of the PDAC, where he also serves in the International Affairs Committee.
